Q. How long do we get the castle for?
A. You can hire the castle for the day. We deliver between 7am and 12pm. Our collection time are between 7pm and 9pm. We always try to arrange delivery around your requirements. Please contact us for more information.
Q. Can we hire the equipment overnight?
A. Yes, this is possible we charge £10 extra to hire overnight. We collect the following morning between 7am and 9am, a later collection time can be arranged depending on wether the unit is hired out the next day. The unit must be kept in a secure location or stored indoors.
Q. How much does it cost for delivery?
A. Delivery is free of charge to Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Buckingham and Northampton, for full list see Delivery area.
Q. Do we need a deposit?
A. You do not need a deposit but any damage will be charged accordingly.
Q. Can we use the castle when its raining?
A. It is recommended that you do not use the inflatables in wet weather and high winds.
Q. Can the castles be used indoors?
A. Yes thay can be used indoors depending on the size of the location. You will need to take into consideration size and height of the castle. See the castles page for this info.
Q. How much space will I need for the castle?
A. To use the castle you will need at least 4 feet at the front and back of the castles and at least 2 feet either side. See the castles pages for sizes of the castles.

A. You can book on the day providing the equipment is available. To avoid disappointment it's recommended to book as early as possible.
Q. What's the latest I can cancel the booking?
A. You can cancel anywhere up until delivery of the equipment without charge.
